My Advice On How To Look Young
Looking young is not difficult or need to be expensive. In my experience of consulting and treating people, these very basic rules apply to all and sundry. RULE1: Go to bed before 11pm and get 7-8 hours of sleep.Fatigue is so aging, plus really bad for the immune system and your blood pressure.The skin glows after a good nigt's sleep. Skin renewal starts at 11pm, so say goodnight at 11 pm. RULE2: Drink plenty of water hourly, before thirst sets in. Chronic dehydration is commoner in our modern lifestyle than beimg in a hot country. Up to 2-3 liters of pure filtered water.Avoid alcohol, coffee or tea. Exception is Green Tea. RULE3: Eat plenty of fibre in the form of fruits and vegetables. Favour different colours.A healthy colon that eliminates efficiently is an indication of how well your digestive system is functioning. RULE4: Avoid processed, cured or overcooked foods. Natural,raw or lightly cooked foods are preferred. Take vegetables juices, but avoid pure fruit juices - too much sugar flooding the system. RULE5 : Excercise once or twice a day.Obesity or a sedentary lifestyle will totally add years to your biological age. If the gym, or walks don't appeal, consider Yoga, Taichi or Chi Kung. Mind body excercises are extremely beneficial. RULE6: Live a holistic moderate lifestyle. Meditate or have some quiet moments regularly to still and rest the mind. Spirituality soothes the soul, so return to your religous roots. RULE6 : Identify and relieve yourself of sny stress. Most importantly, do not worry. Events and time go pass regardless of whether uou worried yourself sick or you didn't. RULE7: Be happy, show love and compassion to all living things. Smile, be cheerful.Spread joy and laughter. Watch funny movies, tell a joke. RULE8 : Take supplements in the form of antioxidants, minerals and probiotics. Nutrients are lacking in our food because of overfarming and the ground being depleted of more and more vital substances. RULE9 : Avoid sun exposure if possible. It is prudent to wear clothing to cover up, and also to wear a hat or use an umbrella. Excessive sun will cause damage to the skin resulting in wrinkling and pigmentation. RULE 10 : Proper skin care is vital. Clean skin , of course, goes without saying. Then skin must be properly nourished with moisturisers or oils, depending on how dry the skin is.
